I hate consultants.
Not really a question, but that is fair. Yeah, I know, I’m used to that. Here’s the thing, if I could avoid confusion by using the word coach or mentor instead of consultant I would, but usually those are volunteer positions. Plus people usually understand exactly what a consultant does, so here we are. I’m not evil, I promise, ask my clients.
Do online courses really teach people anything?
Studies show that most people do benefit from online educational programs. When you have the flexibility to learn things on your own time and in your own environment, you tend to retain information just as well as the traditional classroom method.
Do you have a refund policy?
Refunds are given for any program or package on a case by case basis. Please contact me to discuss, but remember, training is subjective. I can teach you all the things in the world about business, but unless you apply the strategies, you will never see any change.
What does customized consulting look like?
It depends on your team, but that’s the purpose of booking an Initial Consult Call with you, so that I can pinpoint what your team needs. There’s no point in paying for something that you don’t need. I build customized Scope of Work, Services, and Improvement Programs for brewery teams from the ground up, so every package precisely reflects what will take your team to the next level. I have a specific intake process that defines where your team needs the most help.
I’m all the way across the country from you, does that matter?
No. It is the 2020’s and a majority of the work we do is done remotely - unless on site observations, meetings, or inspections are required for our Scope of Work. I use Video Meetings and Cloud based technology to its full extent. I work with breweries all across the US and Canada. With the power of the internet, we can chat about your training needs, hold live classes, sign digital contracts, and you can make electronic payments through my secure online server.
I don’t understand what you do.
Understandable, my business model is fairly new. After being on the business side of the beer industry for over 15 years, I realized that no one was out there helping breweries that need it the most when planning or operating their business, so I decided to take action. For years my industry friends hit me up for advice on all kinds of beer business related things, so now I help breweries improve their operations and avoid common mistakes. I’ve done all of these things as part of my daily work as a Head Brewer and Director of Operations for years and it’s not serving anyone by being cooped up in my brain, so I’ve made it my mission to share the knowledge I have with my beverage community so that you can gain visibility into your business and improve your profitability, even if you don’t have all the fancy resources to pay a six figure salary to a full time C level executive.
