Plato Implementation Process
This engagement is the second phase of the Plato Improvement Process, a structured consulting methodology designed to help breweries improve operational performance through assessment, implementation, and continuous improvement.
Purpose
Convert the findings identified during the Brewery Operations Assessment into measurable operational improvements through structured implementation, process optimization, KPI development, and hands-on operational support.
Rather than providing recommendations alone, the Plato Brewery Improvement Process focuses on improving brewery performance by addressing root causes, implementing standardized operating procedures, strengthening operational controls, and establishing a framework for continuous operational improvement.
No two breweries or businesses operate exactly alike. While the Brewery Operations Assessment follows a standardized methodology, the Plato Implementation Process is intentionally customized to address your brewery's highest-priority operational challenges. Every implementation plan is tailored to the your brewery needs, production processes, staffing, operational goals, and available resources.
Objectives
Improve overall brewery operational efficiency
Reduce production losses and operational waste
Increase production consistency and process reliability
Improve labor productivity and resource utilization
Strengthen production planning and operational controls

Overall brewery profitability
Actual improvements and time to achieve improvement will vary depending upon implementation priorities, operational complexity, and management’s ability to execute on improvement recommendations.
Timeline
Typical Duration: 3-6 months
Project timelines are customized based upon the number and complexity of improvement initiatives selected during the Brewery Operations Assessment.
Investment
Monthly Retainer: The Plato Brewery Improvement Process is delivered as a monthly implementation engagement rather than a fixed-fee project. This structure provides the flexibility needed to prioritize improvement initiatives, collaborate with brewery leadership, measure results, and adjust implementation plans as operational improvements are achieved.
Monthly retainers will vary depending on the extend of work needed to complete implementation engagements. Projects requiring extensive onsite operational support, multiple facility visits, or more complex implementation efforts may be quoted at a higher monthly retainer based on the scope of work and level of support required.
The anticipated engagement duration will be established during the proposal process following completion of the Brewery Operations Assessment.
Note: Pricing may vary with production volume, business size, and location count. Outcomes vary by execution of consultant recommendations; ongoing support and scope bundles are available to maximize results.
